Rustic Wall was founded by Jim Hoffpauer after securing a contract from the local railroad commission to properly remove the existing railroad ties throughout the rail lines in the Lewisville area. Jim, being the creative entrepreneur he was, decided to use these ties to start a retaining wall construction business for local homeowners and land developers.
